Raf Cools

Raf started his career in commercial roles and grew into senior leadership positions at several leading organisations, earning his MBA at Vlerick Business School along the way. He has led very large teams and consistently delivered strong results and sustainable growth.
Later, as an entrepreneur and advisor, he guided numerous companies through growth and change, including in the automotive sector. Raf combines strategic insight with a pragmatic, results-driven approach, and he enjoys helping people and organisations spot opportunities and turn ambitions into concrete action.
Filip Maes
Co-Managing Director

As the founder of Hypertrade Lubricants, Filip is an entrepreneur through and through, with a sharp eye for opportunities and a natural commercial drive.
With a background at Castrol and Veedol, he combines deep expertise in sales, marketing and brand development with strong knowledge of retail and distribution models, building sustainable growth and profitable partnerships.
Bert Van Tilt
Co-Managing Director

Bert combines deep expertise in lubricants and spare parts with international management experience in the oil and chemical industry, logistics and distribution.
He spent 20 years at Shell Europe in various Sales & Marketing roles. That experience at leading manufacturers gave him a view of the full value chain, from production and sourcing to supply chain and market development, along with a strong international network in the sector.
